Hi there! Welcome to the repair side of our Service Department. Our pricing is based off a few different things, such as diameter, propeller material, quantity of blades, amongst other things. Our goal is to provide easy and accessible propeller repair with less of a hassle to our customers.
A few things to know about our repair process:
All orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground, for expedited delivery please contact us.
Our standard repair time is 2 to 3 days once your item has been delivered to our facility.
Your propeller will be identified, and begin the motions of repair.
Pitch Blocks, Heat/Welding (to repair), cupping, grinding, buffing, polishing, hub checking/replacement, static balancing, packaging, shipping.
If your hub checks "badly", we offer a discounted hub replacement price.
The prices reflected include the services listed above. As well as 2 way shipping and standard TIG welding repairs.
Propellers with severe damage, due to object strikes, long term use, etc., may need more welding than what we consider to be "standard", heavy welding is subject to additional fee.
